To sell your coins, precious metals or jewelry to American Rare Coin please proceed to the following 5 easy steps below.

Step 1:

Decide What to Send

We do buy valuable coins, silver dollars, US Mint Sets, precious metals, bullion, jewelry and flatware etc.

We do not buy low value items including modern spendable coins, statehood quarters, modern raw error or mis-strike coins etc.

Step 2:

Complete Mail-In Package Insert

Print and Complete Mail-In Package Insert(s) (PDF) in its entirety and include an insert copy within EACH sealed package.

Step 3:

Mailing Your Package(s)

We have found the safest and most secure method of shipping your valuables is via the U.S. Postal Service and as Registered Insured Mail. However, you can ship to us however feel comfortable.

We recommend taking photographs of what you send for your records.

Step 4:

Send Us Your Tracking Number

Email info@amrarecoin.com with your package tracking number(s) to us so we’ll know to expect it.

Step 5:

Upon Receipt of Your Packages

We contact you via telephone confirming our receipt. The spot price(s) to lock-in is applied when we are able to review it (NOT upon delivery to us). We will discuss the details of your pending transaction including the prices we’ll pay.

If you agree to sell, we send you a company check or for larger transactions, we can transmit funds via wire transfer for a small nominal fee.

In the rare instance that you decide not to sell we will gladly return your items to you at our cost. No questions asked. It’s that easy!
